Method 1:
Follow these steps to enable speakers:
a.Right click on the volume icon in the taskbar.
b.Click on playback devices.
c.Right click on empty space within the window and click on show disabled devices.
d.Right click on the speakers and then click enable.

If that doesn’t help, then unplug the speakers and restart the computer and then connect the speakers again.
